What might therapy look like with me?

I try to model clear communication, understanding and curiosity in my daily practice. I believe in the importance of client agency and rely heavily on mutual communication in the therapeutic process. I bring my expertise and knowledge of a trauma-focused clinical lens to the room. This means I believe that the things we experience can imprint on us in maladaptive ways, at times, which impacts our current daily functioning. I help clients to discern what those improperly stored memories may be.

My Training and Clinical History

I graduated from the clinical social work program through Walla Walla University in 2022. I have presented at and attended trainings relating to trauma-focused care. My primary clinical focus is EMDR and TF-CPT.
